Why Work for Range?
Southwest Division
Range is targeting horizontal oil potential in the Permian Basin.
Range continues to have success in the Southwest Division, repeatedly finding ways to add value to legacy properties. With current commodity prices, Range is focusing on two shale plays, the Pennsylvanian and Wolfcamp shales in west Texas, both with an oil focus. Combined, these areas provide us with hundreds of drilling locations, significant oil potential and importantly almost all of the acreage is held by production.
